The information published (www.spanishworkspace.com) refers to professional services for transcription, proofreading and subtitling in Spanish, for the business, educational and commercial areas.
Each service published on this page is associated with a form to request a quote. When a user submits a form with a request for services, they will receive a contract proposal via email, sent by me (Beatriz Maria S.) as an independent professional.
If the user accepts the proposal, invoices and payment will be processed through a site external to this page: UPWORK, associated with my profile as an independent professional Beatriz Maria S.

Cancellation and refund policy
Your payment remains in custody, until the completion of the job. The cancellation policy and request for reimbursement of the payment is subject to the conditions defined by UP WORK and may be managed during the execution of the contract.
